Enabling The Organization- Decison Making

Making Business Decision : Decision making is one of the most importance and challenging aspect of management. decision range from routine choices such as how many item to order, or how many people to hire, to unexpected ones such as what to do if a key of employee suddenly quits or needed materials do not arrive.

The decision making process: the process of making decision plays a crucial role in communication and leadership for operational,manegerial, and strategic project. there are numerous academic decision making models.

Decision making essentials : a few concept about organizational structure will help our discussion of MIS decision making tools. the structure of a typical organizational is similar to a payment.


OPERATIONAL : at operation level, employees develop,control, and maintain core business activities required to run the day to day operation. operational decision are considered structure decision which arise in situations where established process offer potential solution. structured decision are made frequently and are almost repetitive.



MANAGERIAL
  • Employees are continuously evaluating company operation to hone the firm abilities to identifies,adapt no, and leverage change. 
  • Managerial decision cover short and medium range plan,schedule, and budgets along with policies, procedure, and business objective.
  • This type of decision are considered semistructured decision 

STRATEGY
  • Manager develop overall business strategies, goals, and objective as part of company strategy plan.
  • Monitor the strategy performance of the organization and its overall direction in the political,economical, and competitive business environment. 
  • strategy decision is highly unstructured decision.
